Bedrooms anchor opposite ends of the plan with the living space between them, so two people can keep two schedules without crossing paths. Each bedroom sits steps from its own bath — right for roommates, long-stay guests, or a family where everyone needs a door.

The graded pad
Every build starts with a walk of your lot. On this one, the side yard gave us clean equipment access and the graded pad sat right where the setbacks wanted it — we left the owners with a fixed quote that never moved.
Design & permits
Bedrooms at both ends, kitchen island in the middle, covered patio out front — the plan is drawn to the lot and the family, then walked through the city by our in-house team. You approve the drawings; we chase the stamps.
Construction
Foundation, framing, roof, stucco, and finishes — one dedicated crew and one project manager the whole way. You get the full schedule in week one, and a name to call every day after.
Keys in hand
Final walkthrough, keys in hand, and a 365-day warranty behind everything we built. The Two Bedroom opens as a complete second home — full kitchen stocked, both baths ready.
