The door between bedroom and living space is what makes this plan work: the sofa isn't the bed, guests aren't sleeping in the kitchen, and tenants stay longer. Living and cooking share the bright front half; bed and bath keep the quiet side of the house.

Every build starts with a walk of your lot. We check setbacks, utilities, and access, listen to how you want the home to work, and leave you with a fixed quote — the number that doesn't move.
Design & permits
Plans for your One Bedroom are drawn to your lot and your finish choices — where the bedroom wall falls, where the morning light lands — then walked through the city by our in-house team. You approve the drawings; we chase the stamps.
Construction
Foundation, framing, roof, and windows — one dedicated crew and one project manager from the first pour to the final coat of paint. You get the full schedule in week one, and a name to call every day after.
Keys in hand
Final walkthrough, keys in hand, and a 365-day warranty behind everything we built. The One Bedroom is move-in ready — for a tenant, a parent, or whoever you built it for.
