One open room, arranged like a good hotel suite: the kitchenette runs the long wall past the pantry, the bath tucks behind it with a pocket door, and the bed sits by the windows across from the sofa. Nothing is hallway, so every one of the 400 square feet gets lived in.

The garage, as found
Every conversion starts with a walk of your property. We assess the existing structure — slab, framing, roof — check utilities and setbacks, and leave you with a fixed quote. The garage you already own is the head start.
Design & permits
Conversion plans are drawn to the existing footprint — where the kitchenette, bath, and windows go — and our in-house team walks them through the city. Conversions typically clear permitting faster than new construction.
The conversion
The garage door comes out and a real home goes in: framing for the bath, plumbing and electrical, insulation, drywall, windows, and the full kitchenette — one crew, one project manager, no foundation to pour.
